This approach reduces dependence on rainfall variability, supports more predictable production cycles, and improves SavanaNut’s ability to meet buyer delivery expectations.

The platform is designed to scale over time. Starting from an initial production base in Mbane, SavanaNut’s model allows cultivated area, crop volumes, infrastructure, and buyer channels to grow in phases.

As the platform matures, it can support additional opportunities beyond crop sales, including processing, value-added products, seed development, contract farming, and R&D partnerships.
